Channel Autopricer sits alongside your Lodgify site and does not replace it. It integrates with your Lodgify account via the official Lodgify Public API using your Lodgify login, reading your rates, availability and past booking pace every hour. A simple rules engine — floor, ceiling, weekday multipliers, lead-time curves, comp-set weight — decides the next 90 days of nightly prices and writes them back through the Rates endpoint.
You keep full control: any price can be overridden manually in Lodgify and Autopricer will honour the override until you clear it. Comp-set data comes from public listing pages of up to twelve neighbours you pick yourself; nothing is scraped from behind a login. A weekly digest lands in your inbox with the top 5 dates that shifted and the reason, so you can audit the model rather than trust it blindly.
Monthly billing, cancel anytime — you keep the last 30 days of rate history in Lodgify even after cancellation. Setup takes about 20 minutes: connect your Lodgify Public API key, pick a floor and ceiling per unit, choose weekdays. First price push happens the following night.
