Terms of service
1. Parties
These terms bind, on one side, Blastnes Retail SAS (SIREN 928 471 653, RCS Paris B 928 471 653, 12 rue de Rivoli 75004 Paris — hereinafter "Blastnes"), and on the other side any natural or legal person subscribing to one or more modules ("Subscriber"). Subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy.
2. Object
Blastnes provides third-party add-on modules that integrate with the Subscriber's account on Lodgify, a vacation rental software published by Lodgify GmbH. Blastnes is not affiliated with Lodgify GmbH; modules connect exclusively through the official Lodgify Public API using credentials the Subscriber authorises via Lodgify Login.
3. Access · account · Lodgify Login
The Subscriber accesses modules by signing in with their existing Lodgify Login. Blastnes receives a scoped Public API token from Lodgify — the Subscriber's Lodgify password is never transmitted to Blastnes. The Subscriber is responsible for keeping their Lodgify credentials confidential; revocation of the token from Lodgify immediately disables all Blastnes modules.
4. Pricing · billing · payment
Prices are displayed in euros, TTC (VAT included). Billing is monthly, prorated to the day of activation for the first month, and issued on the 1st of each following month. Accepted payment methods: card (Stripe), SEPA direct debit, and company invoice with net-30 payment for verified legal entities. Late payment triggers interest at the ECB rate + 10 points per Code de commerce Art. L441-10, plus the €40 recovery indemnity.
5. Duration · cancellation
Subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum term. The Subscriber may cancel any module at any time from their account; access remains until the end of the paid month, no claw-back. New consumer subscribers benefit from the 14-day droit de rétractation under Code de la consommation Art. L221-18 — see the refund page.
6. Availability · maintenance
Blastnes commits to a monthly service availability of 99.5% measured across all modules combined. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance and preferably run Tuesdays 03:00–05:00 CET. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice; the Subscriber is notified within 30 minutes.
7. Liability
Blastnes's cumulative liability, all causes combined, is capped at the total amount paid by the Subscriber during the twelve months preceding the incident, per Code civil Art. 1231-3. Blastnes is not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of clientele, loss of image), nor for any incident originating from Lodgify's own infrastructure or Public API. Force majeure per Code civil Art. 1218 fully suspends the parties' obligations.
8. Data · confidentiality · security
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. Blastnes acts as a data processor for the Subscriber's guest data per RGPD Art. 28; the applicable DPA is available on the DPA page. Both parties commit to strict confidentiality on any non-public information exchanged.
9. Intellectual property
The Blastnes modules, code, interface and brand remain the sole property of Blastnes Retail SAS. The Subscriber receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the modules for the duration of the subscription. "Lodgify" is a trademark of Lodgify GmbH used here descriptively.
10. Modification of terms
Material modifications are notified 30 days in advance by email; continued use after that period implies acceptance. Non-material clarifications may be applied without notice.
11. Governing law · jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de commerce de Paris, notwithstanding any imperative consumer-law provision. Consumers retain the right to bring the matter before the court of their domicile per Code de la consommation Art. R631-3.
