No. LodgifyPlus is an independent shop of third-party add-on modules for hosts and property managers who already use Lodgify. We are not affiliated with Lodgify GmbH; we integrate with your Lodgify account via the official Lodgify Public API.

Do I need a new login?

No. Every module authenticates through your existing Lodgify Login using OAuth-style token exchange. Your team keeps one password to remember — the one for lodgify.com.

What happens to my data?

Nothing leaves your Lodgify site unless a specific module requires it — for example, Cleaning Coordinator needs cleaner phone numbers. Everything else stays inside Lodgify. Full breakdown on the privacy page.

Can I cancel a module mid-month?

Yes. Cancellation is instant from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid month. No claw-backs, no exit fee. Detailed refund policy — including the 14-day droit de rétractation — on the refund page.

My Lodgify plan is the Starter — will modules work?

Yes. All modules work with every Lodgify plan that includes Public API access (Starter, Professional, Ultimate, and Enterprise). A few modules need the Channel Manager add-on active in Lodgify — the module page tells you if that applies.

Do you send invoices for VAT accounting?

Yes. LodgifyPlus Retail SAS is French-registered (SIREN 928 471 653), TVA intracommunautaire FR 74 928471653. Every payment produces a compliant invoice sent to your email and downloadable from your account for six years.

What if a module breaks something in Lodgify?

Every module can be disabled with one click. Read-only modules (Sync Sentinel, OTA Reconciliation, Nightly Revenue Report) cannot break Lodgify — they never write. Write modules operate on scoped endpoints and log every call for 30 days.
