Group Enquiry Router picks up enquiries where a guest needs three or more units on the same dates — weddings, corporate offsites, family reunions — and holds an availability block across matching Lodgify listings for 48 hours while your team quotes. The block is real: those nights are marked as tentative in Lodgify so no incoming OTA booking can eat into the group.
The module integrates with your Lodgify account via the official Lodgify Public API using your Lodgify login. It reads availability across all your listings and writes tentative-status blocks via the Availability endpoint. Once you send a quote and the group confirms, one click converts every held night into confirmed bookings; if the group declines, the block releases automatically at the 48-hour mark.
