Enterprise portfolios
For portfolios above 200 Lodgify units or agencies managing more than 10 Lodgify accounts, we offer an enterprise arrangement with a single invoice, a named account manager, quarterly service reviews, and a 99.9% SLA (vs the standard 99.5%). What "monthly" actually means
Charges land on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. First charge is prorated to the day of activation — if you activate Autopricer on the 17th, your first invoice is for 14 days, not a full month. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid month; no partial-month refund on cancellation (only under the 14-day droit de rétractation for new consumer buyers, and the voluntary 7-day money-back for new company buyers).
