Damage Deposit Manager places a Stripe pre-authorisation on the guest's card 48 hours before check-in — no charge, just a hold — and releases it three days after check-out if you haven't flagged a claim. If you do flag a claim, the amount is captured and the guest sees a clean itemised receipt directly from Stripe.

The module integrates with your Lodgify account via the official Lodgify Public API using your Lodgify login and with your existing Stripe account via OAuth. It reads booking dates and guest email from Lodgify; it never asks the guest for their card twice — Stripe's saved card from the original Lodgify payment is used.

Sits alongside your Lodgify site and does not replace it. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Deposit amount is set per unit or per rate plan in your Lodgify listing metadata.
