Guest Message Templates for Lodgify plugs into your Lodgify inbox and sends the right message at the right moment — 72-hour pre-arrival, morning of check-in, mid-stay wellbeing, check-out reminder, review nudge two days after departure. Fifty-plus templates are ready in English, French, Italian and Spanish; you can duplicate any of them and edit freely without breaking the trigger logic.
The module integrates with your Lodgify account via the official Lodgify Public API using your Lodgify login. It reads booking status, check-in/out dates, guest name and language preference, then queues the outgoing message through Lodgify's Guest Messaging endpoint so replies still land in your normal Lodgify inbox. Nothing is stored on our side longer than 30 days.
