Lodgify to QuickBooks Bridge posts one clean journal entry per booking into QuickBooks Online every night at 02:00 in your local timezone. Booking revenue, channel commission, cleaning fee, tourist tax and payment processor fee each go into the account you map on setup, so your P&L stops being a spreadsheet exercise on the last Friday of the month.
The module integrates with your Lodgify account via the official Lodgify Public API using your Lodgify login and with QuickBooks Online through their standard OAuth flow. It sits alongside your Lodgify site and does not replace it — Lodgify remains the source of truth for the booking; QuickBooks becomes the source of truth for the accounting entry.
Cancel anytime. If a booking is modified in Lodgify after the entry has been posted, the Bridge writes a follow-up adjustment entry rather than editing the past — your audit trail stays intact. Monthly billing.
